Overall, I found the mentorship programme to be incredibly beneficial and rewarding. James demonstrated a genuine interest in my learning and growth, and his dedication to the programme was evident throughout our sessions. His openness to feedback and willingness to implement suggestions were commendable, and it created a positive and productive environment for our discussions especially when it came to suggesting the right contacts.

Throughout the mentorship programme, I made sure to provide James with honest and constructive feedback with regards to the assignments tailored to my learning. I focused on highlighting and  identifying areas for my improvement and James was receptive in providing feedback which I found led to noticeable progress over the course of the programme.

In terms of areas for improvement, James incorporated more structured goal-setting exercises to help track my progress and stay focused on objectives set.
